As for the yvcc baseball, info, and stories. I appreciate the colummns, being in Coeur d Alene, Id. My son plays for the Yaks, the roster has a incorrect spelling of his name. It is Dylan Collinson, with an n in the last name. If you could help with this I would appreciate it very much. Thanks again for your column.

Good job lady lions! Way to play tough til the end. Oh welcome to yakama county! White swan cougar country. I still believe lynden school district has utmost respect for their student athletes. I wish I could say same for this county! Well one school in particular but owells we heart lynden lions AND we always wave n honk at the chuggamuggamilk trucks haha

Information, In 2002 Grandview High school boys basketball team was the smallest team to win a W.I.A.A. State Championship , the tallest player was 6′2 ,and they had a prefect record…27-0 .

Hi.I want to be clear regarding what happened at 0:34 left in the game. Jocelyn Jones did not shoot ‘the errant 3-pointer’ that went out of bounds off Marchbanks. In fact, she wasn’t even in the game at that time. Jocelyn did however, allegedly fouled Walla Walla’s Layne Tucker, which put Layne at the line with 10.9 seconds left in the game. If you would be so kind and review the video footage of the game and recant your statement, that would be great. Thanks

I work here at State Fair Park and the SunDome and I’ve always wanted to see a set-up done exactly this way. Our crew is awesome. I actually wonder how many times since the SunDome opened that our crew has set the basketball floors, then dismantled them? They’ve certainly got it down to an efficient system!

“They told of waiting at the gate of one of the roads leading into the Oak Creek Wildlife Area in the dark hours before midnight on May 1, when the area officially opens to shed hunting.”

Actually, Oak Creek does not open to foot traffic until 6 a.m., May 1 and vehicle traffic at 8 a.m. Here’s a link to check out:
